The completed home at Crestview is now sold and unavailable for tours; however, photos featured on this site are from the completed home as a representation of the outstanding craftsmanship of what you can expect for the remaining two available homesites at Crestview.

Lot 3 located at 9609 Georgetown Pike is complete and sold. The other two lots do not have homes; however, plans are currently in development.

We estimate that we will finish all construction at Crestview by December 2026; however, this timeline is subject to change depending on county restrictions, permitting delays, weather, sales progress, etc.

Depending on which lot you are interested in, it is possible you can completely start from scratch with a new home design. Classic Cottages has its own in-house architecture and design departments to make designing your dream home an enjoyable and efficient process.
